How you will contribute

You will:

  • Accountable for End 2 End Сustomer Service performance for all Customers and Channels;

  • Develops Customer relations by establishing partnership and demonstrating operational excellence to transform it to competitive advantage and optimize the Supply Chain;

  • Ensures the delivery to Customers at the best Customer Service level, anticipates and coordinates the activities generated by the Categories or Sales on short term horizon (product availability & distribution, NPD, switches, promotions, quarterly closing et customer claims), coordinates operations with LogOps (commercial activities visibility, over stock management and order management), manages the penalties and coordinates its negotiations;

  • Optimize the cost-to-serve ( lissage, filling, picking, ), adapts to Customer order or internal fluctuations at the best cost; initiates productivity and continuous improvement projects;

  • Optimize Order management process and ensure IA improvement;

  • Responsible for OTC country budget, ensure OTC processes standards and contribute to Country productivity target;

  • Develop local Customer Service and Collaboration team members to strengthen both employee and organizational excellence for further sustainable growth.

  • Lead or participate in cross functional projects to support growth agenda of the organization.

What you will bring

  • University Degree (Business Administration or Management)

  • 8-9 years’ experience in Supply Chain with minimum 3-5 years managerial experience

  • Fluent in English – both written and spoken

  • Leadership, people management and managerial skills

  • Customer and service orientation, performance motivation

  • Communication and Negotiation Skills

  • Accountability, proactive thinking, flexibility

  • Change Management Skills / resilience / agility

  • Basic SAP knowledge
