You help develop a comprehensive view of what great looks like in retail enterprises for our categories. You create market-leading capabilities in managing space, range and distribution to maximize category growth throughout all retail channels and environments and track and measure performance of space against forecast plans.

How you will contribute

You will:

  • Calendar activities management;

  • Determination of effective periods for all activities in the entrusted territory, taking into account national specifics, workload on the sales team and seasonality of products;

  • AnC POS budget management;

  • Develop, budget, implement and control POSm support in the sales channel, which provides:- better representation of Mondelez brands;- have an effective ROI of the project;- take into account the specifics of the market;

  • In accordance with all national and regional consumer programs and new product launches;

  • GtN TI budget management;

  • Optimizing the C2S model through TI control;

  • Identifying the key needs of trade channels in order to target effective trade programs and stimulate sales;

  • Development and implementation of long-term trading programs in order to gain a competitive advantage in the market;

  • Create an effective Perfect Store team through recruitment and further functional development, both directly subordinate and functional;

  • Create and encourage a constant flow of ideas and information between countries to ensure effective management of the Perfect Store within the organization;

  • Lead and develop the team by providing ongoing feedback, coaching, and performance management to ensure continuous professional growth and maintain motivation;

  • Strategic search for growth opportunities;

  • Analysis of the effectiveness of Mondelez brands in markets in terms of product distribution, placement, volume growth, POS and promotions effectiveness, trade communications, etc.;

  • Implement processes for the field team's analysis and use of sales and feedback to continuously improve the effectiveness of sales programs.
