responsibilities:
Process incoming inventory of ingredients and supplies, ensuring traceability and proper storage.
Maintain laboratory and pilot plant equipment through cleaning, troubleshooting, preventative maintenance, calibration, and repair.
Uphold laboratory cleanliness, organization, and stocking of supplies, including glassware and countertops.
Prepare syrups and beverages according to mixing instructions and guidance from product developers and scientists.
Record data from analyses, calibrations, maintenance, cleaning, and experiments in a computer log book or laboratory notebook.
Identify, classify, maintain, and protect files, documentation, and sensitive information in accordance with record handling and retention requirements.
Perform general maintenance on figals and dispensing equipment for carbonated beverage production, including cleaning, sanitizing, and changing valves, seals, and gaskets.
