Maintenance Supervisor
The role of the Maintenance Supervisor is to ensure the proper operation of
all aspects of a facility. The Maintenance Supervisor must establish,
operate, and maintain a comprehensive Management program which allows an
organization to manage and oversee the Operations and Maintenance of the
Building, Building Systems and Equipment. Areas of responsibilities may

HVAC/R (Heating, Ventilating, Air conditioning and Refrigeration)
Indoor Air Quality, Temperature Control and Building Exhaust Systems
Preventative Maintenance
Natural Gas, Water and Sewer
Electrical Substations & Switchgear and Emergency power systems/UPS/Generators
Building Automation & Monitoring Systems
Security and Locks
Building Utility & Piping Systems
Energy Conservation Life/Safety Systems
Fire Life Safety Systems
Evacuation Plans Environmental Health & Safety
Waste Removal
Commodity Resource Management
Environmental Compliance Initiatives and Emergency Response
Perform Mobile Equipment Scheduled Preventative Maintenance
Perform non-scheduled Repairs
Retain All Maintenance & Repair Documentation
Provide and Maintain Spare & Replacement Parts Inventories
Ensure and Monitor Equipment Uptime
Provide Emergency Repair Services
Ensure 100% Employee Safety Training Compliance
Perform Timely Safety Incident Reporting and Monitoring
Coordinate Employee PTO/Vacation Scheduling and Coverage
Responsible for the delivery of all hard and soft services including support
as required on site including the direction, supervision and oversight of
subcontracted services
Promotes high level of satisfaction among client users by promptly responding
to their service requirements.
Always Assures prompt response by other team members and selected contractors
to exceed customer expectations
Manage UAW employees
Support BPD and WSS activities at site
Management of the Building Management Systems
Understanding of the critical systems on site including UPS, generator,
fire alarm etc. with an ability to support client security teams and their
syst
Ensures compliance with local legislative requirements, JLL and client best
practice, policies and procedures.
Acts as go-to person in relation to all FM activities on site ensuring
potential roadblocks are identified and removed
Supports crisis management planning
Maintains role as secondary contact for user relative to service requests
ensuring all requests are actioned within agreed timeframe.
Develops a close working relationship with all the vendors under his/her
control to ensure that they fully understand the Client culture and are made
to feel part of the team delivering a high-quality service.
Has ability to address minor technical repairs and is first point of contact
relating to all building issues
Monitors and ensures office housekeeping and cleanliness is delivered to
highest quality level
Communicates in an open, honest and transparent manner at all times with the
ability to tailor the message to specific audience and their needs
Adds value in terms of delivery and innovation.

Intermediate/Advanced Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint &
Outlook) and SharePoint
Excellent verbal, written and listening communication skills
Effective time management and organizational skills

Careful attention to detail; enjoys proofreading, editing and revising
