Where the chemistry happens…

As a Site Quality Manager you will be a key leader to the Quality Assurance (QA) and Quality Control (QC) activities for our production sites. You will manage the site Quality Control Laboratory, ensureing the site meets Quality Management System (QMS) requirements and being responsible for quality non-conformance investigations.

As a Site Quality Manager - Beaumont, TX, You Create Chemistry By...

  • Maintaining compliance with all safety regulations and procedures.

  • Being in full compliance with site, company, state, and federal policies and regulations. Ensuring sites meet relevant QMS objectives. Responsible for quality related risk assessments.

  • Leading and developing direct reports in meeting performance, developmental & organizational objectives. Develop team's quality KPIs.

  • Collaborating with Site Leadership Team in formulating and establishing site policies, operating procedures, KPIs, and goals.

  • Managing site Quality Control Laboratory; plan, control and assure product and process quality in accordance with quality principles, which include planning processes, material control, acceptance, sampling, and measurement systems.

  • Supporting product launch activities and continuous improvement initiatives.

  • Leading and contributing to quality investigations with site personnel teams to ensure true root cause analysis and effective corrective and preventive actions are identified and implemented.

  • Partnering with other site Quality Managers to continuously improve and share best practices on quality systems. (may include 3rd Party Manufacturing Quality support activities)

If you...

  • Have a a BS/BA degree in Sciences, Chemistry, Biology, or related fields.

  • Possess a minimum of 8 years of experience in Quality Assurance, Quality Control in a manufacturing environment

  • Possess a minimum of 4 years supervisory or team leadership experience

  • Proven experience and success in developing and leading self and others.

  • Have the ability to implement organizational changes and strategy.

  • Have strong verbal and written communication, interpersonal and organizational skills, attention to detail, and respect for deadlines.

  • Proven knowledge of relevant compliance and regulatory requirements.

  • Have the ability to lead, analyze, troubleshoot, and provide practical solutions in a manufacturing site that synthesizes Active Ingredients and formulates various Finished Products.

  • Proven knowledge of inventory management systems, databases and laboratory LIMS.
