As this role, you will be in charge of one Sub. production quality management, including the yearly target, strategy and roadmap setting with Manufacturing team, whole production quality KPI management, coordinate the main quality issue handling with SQE, manufacturing engineer, manufacturing team, customer quality engineer and design engineer, drive the quality improvement for total quality excellent.

Job Description
Key responsibilities include:
Lead Yearly Sub. quality target, strategy and roadmap discussion and setting
Quality KPI management leader
Conduct root cause analysis on product quality issues, identify trends, and communicate with manufacture engineering, SQEs, design engineering.
Lead analysis of defect data and CAPA creation / resolution and maintain records as specified by the GEHC quality system.
Ownership of the NCR and MRB processes
Ensure compliance of manufacturing quality record
Qualifications:
Bachelors Degree in Engineering or HS diploma and +5 years of product quality/supply chain experience
Good understanding of manufacturing/supply chain knowledge
Good procedure establishment and standardization skill
Good at statistics, analysis and have excellent problem resolve skill
Strong communication skills, verbal and written in English
Working knowledge of Excel, Word, Power Point, Minitab, etc
Preferred Qualifications:
Green Belt and above Certified
Lean manufacturing experience
Demonstrated ability to lead and develop teams
Demonstrated analytical, process management skills
Strong will to grow
