Description:
Our client is looking for Traveling Superintendents in North Texas. The ideal candidate would have at least 5 years of relevant experience working on industrial or commercial projects.
Ability to read and understand construction documents including project plans, specifications, and shop drawings.
Clear understanding of the documentation and processes between the owner, architect, and contractor.
Clear understanding of commercial or industrial construction means and methods.
Strong communication skills & leadership ability.
Must be computer literate, preferring experience with Procore, Microsoft Office, Microsoft Project, and other construction-related software.
A construction degree is a plus.
