Lead projects that directly support the organizations top people objectives

Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:
Partner and consult with leaders, HR business partners, and L&D
functions in the areas of org-design, succession planning, competency
development, talent and development assessments, and change management.
Lead entire workstreams within strategic initiatives to solve enterprise
problems such as retention, engagement, and leadership development
Develop analytics, metrics and reporting, as needed to drive talent and
organizational strategy
Lead job analysis projects, including but not limited to internal and
external research, leading focus groups, one-on-one research interviews,
job observations, surveys, and development of competency models
Develop performance evaluations, assessments and metrics
Develop solutions to disseminate company-wide competency frameworks and
performance assessment tools
Contribute to continuous improvements of talent tools and processes through
research, feedback and analysis
Partner with external vendors to identify and implement innovative talent
solutions
May also contribute to projects related to performance management, job
design, talent development, survey design etc.

Salary/ Wage Range$75,200.00-$110,400.00 / year
Compensation for the role will depend on a number of factors, including a
candidate's qualifications, skills, competencies and experience and may
