Aerotek Production Associate in Edmonton, Alberta

Working with an extensive client base, Aerotek is searching for a Production Associate for a large company in South-east Edmonton, AB!

Qualifications:

  • Must have reliable transport- Transit is not accessible for some of the shift requirements.

  • Physical Endurance - Use of upper body to perform repetitive movements and lift 20lbs+.

  • Knowledge of Quality Control methods and documentation.

  • Computer Skills for data entry.

  • Some knowledge of a production environment or oil and gas industry.

Description:

Employee will be working in a manufacturing environment. Will work in the coating department operating a machine that use heat to coat metal couplings. Will use an overhead crane to move materials and will also use a sandblaster as well (lifting and rotating small 10lb parts repetitively). . They will need to document testing of the couplings using basic computer programs. Employee must have HIGH attention to detail but also be able to maintain a fast pace (must be able to hit their required metrics for the day).

Shift: Sunday to Thursday 10pm-6am (but will start training on Monday to Friday 8am – 4:30pm for about 1 month).

Pay Rate: 22+ $/hr (Depending on experience and interview performance)
