Functions Create and maintain electronic inventory records/data via CMMS
and ensure accuracy and compliance with policy/procedures. Monitor and
maintain physical inventory to include verification and tagging of
equipment. Develop Preventative Maintenance (PM) procedures with
engineering and maintenance personnel. General procurement duties to
maintain and replenish tool/parts stock to include contacting vendors
for quotes, preparing purchase requisitions for approval, receiving
items, processing invoices, etc. Interact with vendors to obtain the
correct parts and negotiate pricing. Develop and implement maintenance
schedules for equipment, machinery, and facilities. Coordinate
maintenance staff and external contractors to ensure completion of
tasks. Prioritize follow up and PM work based on urgency and impact to
operations. Conduct regular audits to ensure completion of assigned
work. Update PM procedures with the feedback given. Assist in preparing
the technical services department budget with the maintenance and
engineering manager. Monitor equipment and facilities expenses to help
to identify cost savings opportunities. ***** OTHER EXPERIENCE AND
QUALIFICATIONS: Minimum High School Diploma or GED required. Minimum of
2+years\' experience working as maintenance mechanic/maintenance
coordinator. Must have a current, valid driver\'s license and insurable
driving record. Must be able to pass a company background check and
pre-employment drug test. Computer software experience, with emphasis
placed on Microsoft Office and CMMS. Experience in parts ordering and
tracking. Must have general knowledge of tools and equipment used for
