KNOWLEDGE AND SKILLS USED
Requires engineering degree in Mechanical and 1 to 10 years practical experience or eight to twelve years equivalent practical construction experience.
Knowledge of architectural, structural, electrical and mechanical drawings required; understanding of specifications required.
Government - Governmental procedures, regulations and trends relating to construction.
Understanding of construction methods, procedures, scheduling, safety, law and cost required to insure timely completion, conformance to design, to propose economical alternatives, and to promote good employee relations.
Knowledge of building supply sources and shipping methods.
Knowledge of union practices.
Strong oral and written communication skills and the capability to conduct and record meetings.
Knowledge of contract law and legal remedies.
OSHA 40, knowledge of EM 385-1-1.90k to 130k doe
Pay Details: $90,000.00 to $130,000.00 per year
