Aerotek Maintenance Technician in Lincoln, Nebraska

Seeking second and third shift maintenance technicians! Competitive Benefits offered as well as additional paid education!

 Description:

Diagnose and repair defective equipment using prints, service manuals and parts catalogs

Set up, adjust, and operate all of the basic machine tools and many specialized or advanced variation tools to perform precision machining operations

Repair and maintain utilities and facility

Perform routine preventive maintenance to ensure that machines continue to run smoothly and building systems operate efficiently

Record repairs and maintenance performed, including other information such as time in service, parts used/needed and completion status. Communicating with other shifts as necessary, verbally or using computer templates

Complete project assignments as requested with consideration to time, cost, quality constraints and expectations

Perform duties and attend training as required for being a member of the Emergency Response Team

Install and repair electrical, plumbing, hydraulic and pneumatic components and systems

Align and secure proper holding fixtures, cutting tools, attachments, accessories, and materials onto machines as requested

Additional Skills & Qualifications:

Qualifications:

2 year degree - electromechanical or megatronics

OR

1+ year industrial maintenance in a manufacturing company

OR

automotive/diesel degree with production experience

OR

HVAC degree with production experience
