St. Luke's Health System Hospice Area Manager in Meridian, Idaho

This Area Manager will be responsible for operational oversight of all hospice locations including the regulatory required programs: bereavement and volunteer.

You will initiate and support operations, strategic plans, and establish quality and financial metrics. You will develop, implement, and maintain organizational procedures and policies to ensure compliance with CMS and other regulatory requirements. You will need to understand the issues related to the delivery of hospice care and be able to identify areas for improvement and problem solve.

All Hospice Leaders, which includes multiple disciplines, will report to this area manager. This Area Manager will report to the Director and have a relationship with all physician and APP serving in hospice.

Qualifications

  • Education: Accredited program in alignment with licensure requirements (see below acceptable licensures)

  • Experience: 7 years of relevant experience (combined Hospice and leadership experience)

  • Licenses/Certifications: One of the following: Current RN License from the State of Practice, Licensed Clinical Social Worker, Licensed Master Social Worker

  • Current Basic Life Support (BLS) Provider Certified through American Heart Association or American Red Cross

  • Valid Driver's License and proof of Auto Insurance
