JOB REQUIREMENTS: Job Summary: Perform a wide variety of duties to
support machine operations and the maintenance department. This position
is responsible for maintaining accurate parts and maintenance supplies
inventory level while coordinating with appropriate teams for
replenishment. Essential Duties/Responsibilities Inspects and measures
parts to detect wear, misalignment or other problems. Assemble,
disassemble and troubleshoot tooling. Responsible for maintaining
toolkits in all cells of operation. Responsible for data entry in
SAP/JIT Card database updates for spare parts. Communicates with
maintenance team regarding part requests. Assist with data entry for
work orders for the maintenance team. Ensures integrity of SAP database
with correct part counts and supplies as needed. Responsible for
monitoring inventory levels and ensuring materials are available in
cells. Inspects tools and equipment for defects or wear and reports
concerns to supervisors. Maintains equipment, parts, and supplies
inventories by checking stock to determine inventory level; anticipating
needed equipment, parts, and supplies; placing and expediting orders;
verifying receipt. Maintains constant contact with production personnel,
supervisors and engineers to obtain the sustainment of tools and spare
