You\'ll Do: Responsible for planning, implementing, and supervising the
operationfunction in the production of a high quality, food safety
product. Provide leadership on the operating floor striving for
compliance in safety, health, environmental, and quality. Manage and
supervise all areas of Lakeside\'s Plant operations to ensure optimal
performance. Promote employee engagement and development to maximize
production, quality, safety, and continuous improvement goals. What
You\'ll Bring: Bachelor\'s Degree in a related field and at least three
years of experience leading manufacturing or processing operations or
eight years of experience in manufacturing or processing operations is
required. Demonstrated ability to lead and motivate teams, drive
performance, and foster a culture of accountability and continuous
improvement. In depth knowledge of warehouse operations, quality
control, safety standards, and resource management. Familiarity with
plant functions including facilities, logistics, and maintenance is
preferred. Knowledge of SAP a plus. Experience working in a union
