The Alaka’ina Foundation Family of Companies (FOCs) is looking for a Data Analyst, to support a customer, located out of Pearl Harbor, Hawai'i. Support is out of O'ahu, Hawai'i.

DESCRIPTION OF RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Apply process improvement and reengineering methodologies and principles to conduct process modernization projects. Identify and resolve knowledge gaps.

  • Ensure after-action reviews are collected, documented, and disseminated internally and externally as required.

  • Monitor emerging trends for incorporation into unit operations.

  • Analyze historical trends, review anomalies, and identify opportunities for engagement.

  • Provide integrated, real-time data using source databases used by USPACFLT HQ staff elements.

  • Project future trends and performance to support executive decision-making.

  • Provide administrative support such as information dissemination, briefing preparations, and developing business processes to facilitate and streamline standardization within the command.

    Manpower/Manning Services:

  • Collect data for and assemble the Monthly Manning Report.

  • Monitor and update appropriate systems (OASIS, EASIS, CMS-ID) as they pertain to military manning for USPACFLT HQ UICs.

  • Ensure new members (Military, Civilian, and Contractor) have accounts in TWMS.

  • Monitor and provide reports on civilian billet requirements to include funded vs. unfunded, filled vs un-filled, vacancies, and gap analysis.

  • Monitor and provide reports on military (officer and enlisted) billet requirements to include funded vs. unfunded, filled vs un-filled, vacancies, and gap analysis.

  • Collect and present USPACFLT HQ Directorate POM submissions for HQ civilian and military billets to the Staff Operations Officer.

  • Coordinate inputs with N1 to ensure timely POM inputs.

  • Collect Activity Manning Document changes, submit changes to N12, and monitor change implementation.

    REQUIRED SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE:

    Must have a minimum of five (5) years’ experience working with training, personnel, travel, and/or budget management.

    REQUIRED CITIZENSHIP AND CLEARANCE:

  • Must be a U.S. Citizen.

  • Must have a Secret Clearance.​
