The RoleAt Cogent ourWarehouse Coordinators are responsible for warehouse duties including shipping and receiving, inventory organization, and warehouse organization as needed. This is a wonderful opportunity in a growing fast-paced environment.
This position will be responsible for
Inventory organization and shelf labeling
Inventory stocking
Inventory project coordination
Inventory cycle counting
Receiving, unpacking, verifying, and recording all inbound shipments
Packing, addressing, and documenting all outbound shipments
Assist customers by loading and unloading equipment needing repair
Coordinate all shipments with appropriate shipping vendors
Maintain relationships with shipping vendors and drivers
Assisting in general labor to maintain organization and efficiency of the warehouse
Continuous improvement of delivery, quality, efficiency, and safety within the team

Previous experience in shipping and receiving or warehouse coordination
Solid basic computer knowledge

Solid communication (oral and written) and interpersonal skills with the ability to convey information and ideas
Responds with a sense of urgency and thrives in a fast-paced work environment
Ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously

Ability to physically lift heavy items required, up to 70 lbs
Valid driver’s license and clean driving record required; Class E license preferred
Ability to drive a forklift (or within 30 days of hire) (requirement) – training will be provided
