As the Director of Administration, you will engage actively in both the strategic management and the hands-on execution of finance, space planning, facility management, and human resources tasks across all departments of University Advancement. This role serves as the primary liaison for Advancement to critical university departments including General Accounting, Purchasing, Facilities Management, and Human Resources. You will report directly to the Deputy Chief Philanthropy Officer Operations and will supervise a small team of administrative staff.This is a key leadership position that demands a versatile approach, capable of both high-level strategic planning and direct involvement in the administrative work that keeps the department running smoothly.
