Description
We are seeking a dedicated and organized Property Administrator to join our team. The Property Administrator will play a key role in supporting the management and operation of our properties, ensuring tenant satisfaction and efficient property administration. This is an exciting opportunity for an individual who is detail-oriented, proactive, and customer-focused.
Responsibilities:
Serve as the primary point of contact for tenant inquiries and concerns, providing prompt and courteous assistance
Coordinate lease administration, including lease preparation, renewals, and terminations
Collect rent payments, track delinquencies, and follow up with tenants as needed
Maintain accurate tenant records and lease files
Assist with property maintenance coordination, including scheduling repairs and maintenance requests
Conduct property inspections and address any issues or concerns
Prepare and distribute notices, correspondence, and other communications to tenants
Assist with budgeting and financial reporting for the properties
Support property managers with administrative tasks and projects as needed
Requirements
Requirements:
High school diploma or equivalent; additional education or training in property management is a plus
Previous experience in property management, real estate, or related field preferred
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Strong organizational and time management abilities
Ability to prioritize tasks and work independently
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and property management software
Knowledge of landlord-tenant laws and regulations
Attention to detail and accuracy in all work
