We are looking for a highly organized and detail-oriented Support
Specialist to join our Account Support and Project Management team. This
position is crucial for the administrative and operational handling of
client accounts, supporting the account management team indirectly while
reporting directly to the Director of Account Support and Project
Management. The ideal candidate will ensure efficient fulfillment of
defined client business processes identified during onboarding such as
enrollments, marketing materials, coordinate billing, track payments,
system support, generate activity reports to enhance account performance
and maintain the highest client satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage the administrative and operational aspects of client
accounts, ensuring high levels of organizational effectiveness and
communication.
- Coordinate and manage defined business processes accurately and
efficiently, coordinating with internal business teams to ensure
timely service and fulfillment as per the agreed terms.
- Coordination with the accounting department, ensuring client
invoicing is accurate and complies with contractual terms, and are
sent in a timely manner.
- Collaborate with the account management team to follow up on overdue
payments and resolve billing issues or disputes.
- Compile and analyze data related to client accounts, including sales
performance, revenue trends, and customer satisfaction metrics, to
identify opportunities for improvement.
- Prepare and present regular reports and dashboards for account
management team that track key metrics and performance indicators of
client accounts.
- Serve as a liaison between the account management team and other
internal departments to ensure smooth operation and effective
communication.
