Product Industrialization Engineer:
As a Product Industrialization Engineer within Image Guided Therapy Systems you design, change and implement a high quality, high performing production line for Medical X-ray Devices in a low volume industry. You will be working in a cross functional, global team with different nationalities.
Your role:
Identifies, designs, implements and validates manufacturing processes, tools and equipment enabling quality and efficiency
Involves manufacturing in new product introductions
Standardizes across various production sites in scope
Executes process technology development activities
Ensures Manufacturing input in new product introduction based on DfMAT
Creates Quality Control Plan and Work Instructions
Obtains, qualifies & installs equipment and supports ramp-up of the process at the production site
Supports in reviewing suppliers manufacturing capabilities
Applies lean manufacturing principles
Employs equipment, practices, and procedures which promote a healthy, safe, and secure work environment
Executes the processes and standards with embedded quality into the way of working including adherence to compliance with safety,
Executes Capex optimization for investments

Mechanical/Electrical engineer – Must and needed.
