Overview: The Operations Manager is responsible for overseeing and optimizing all operational activities within the construction or manufacturing facility. This includes managing personnel, streamlining processes, ensuring safety compliance, and maintaining quality standards to meet production goals efficiently. Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in engineering, business management, or a related field (Master's degree preferred).
Proven experience in operations management, preferably in the construction or manufacturing industry.
