Basic purpose of position: Provide leadership, oversight and accountability to administrative requirements related to respective operation.
Expectation: We expect all managers to maintain confidence in all sensitive matters, provide leadership and oversight of administrative functions necessary to the operation and assist in the duties of other management roles as needed.
Responsibilities:
Organize and maintain scheduling, hiring and on-boarding procedures and documentation
Coordinate with HR to ensure federal, state, and company policies and procedures are being followed
Oversee and process voluntary and involuntary terminations
Responsible for ensuring completion of fleet scheduled maintenance and related documentation
Assist with yard inventory and additional management tasks as assigned by General Manager
Additional job duties as assigned
Job Requirements:
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
Excellent oral and written communication skills
Proficient in MS Office Application
Mechanically Inclined
Education Requirements:
Physical, Mental & Sensory Requirements:
Ability to view and change data on a standard computer;
Ability to operate standard office equipment -- calculator, fax, scan, etc.;
Ability to simultaneously handle multiple tasks;
Must be able to work independently;
Ability to occasionally work in an outdoor environment, exposed to all weather elements;
Ability to standing for long periods of time
