As part of the Parsons team, you will be driving the technical vision for pursuits of high profile, enterprise scale opportunities. In this role, you will build a solid understanding of Parsons capabilities and combine that with cutting-edge technologies to develop comprehensive solutions that solve customer challenges.
Duties and Responsibilities:
Work with internal and external stakeholders to gather goals and objectives, identify gaps and develop differentiated solutions that solve mission needs
Support enterprise-wide growth strategies and initiatives aimed at differentiation of services and delivery, increased competitiveness, and industry thought leadership
Establish and maintain relationships with customers and industry partners to understand mission needs and articulate capabilities
Research and understand technology trends, particularly in the areas of agile software development, artificial intelligence (AI), machine learning (ML), data analytics, modeling & simulation, cloud technologies, and cybersecurity
Develop technical content for proposals, white papers and related materials in support of government solicitations and conferences
Perform product and capability demonstrations for customers and industry partners as needed
Provide technical inputs and mission perspective to inform corporate strategy and investments
Hands on contributor, capable of leading research and prototyping efforts to prove out AI concepts that support proposal solutioning or customer engagements.
Required Skills:
Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Data Science or a related technical discipline and minimum 10 years of relevant experience
Experience developing technology strategy, roadmaps, as well as researching, designing and implementing enterprise software solutions
Ability to innovate and provide thought leadership in AI/ML systems and architectures
Knowledge of and experience in automating scalable machine learning and inferencing pipelines
Knowledge of and experience in real-time/near-real-time operational systems using AI/ML
Experience with machine learning and data science tools (Jupyter, TensorFlow, PyTorch, scikit-learn, pandas, SageMaker, Apache Spark, large language models, generative AI)
Possess strong written and oral communication skills, including excellent presentation skills
Ability to represent the company favorably, to develop new clients, and to negotiate with key members of other firms
Active Top Secret/SCI security clearance
Desired Skills:
Demonstrated experience with solutioning and proposal development for government solicitations in one or more of the following technical areas: enterprise software systems, artificial intelligence/machine learning, remote sensing, cloud architectures and systems integration
Experience working with technologies such as digital engineering, agile development, DevSecOps, containers, cloud migration, cloud native technologies and cybersecurity
Familiarity with tools and techniques for ML data augmentation and synthetic training data generation
Experience with reasoning under uncertainty (Bayesian Networks, Dynamic Bayesian Networks, Decision Networks, Subjective Logic, Fuzzy Logic)
Experience applying modeling & simulation solutions towards system validation, reinforcement learning, and/or synthetic exemplar generation in support of enhanced ML performance
Experience with AI-based automated planning and plan recognition technology including planning domain definition language (PDDL) complaint planners
Experience with Semantic Web technologies (OWL, RDF, Protégé, SPARQL)
Experience with Kubernetes, NiFi, Hadoop, AWS/C2S, Accumulo
Understanding of, or experience in, AI/ML for detection and classification

Salary Range:
$113,100.00 - $203,600.00
