Summary About the Position: This position is under the supervision of the Integrated Logistics Support Center (ILSC), Soldier & Chem Bio R & S Directorate (S&C/B), Clothing and Heraldry Product Support Integration Directorate (C&H PSID). The C&H PSID serves as the service item control center for clothing, individual equipment, tentage, and limited Class I support. The C&H PSID is also the Army's manager for Heraldics, Medals, selected General Officer items, VIP and Presidential Awards. Responsibilities Maintains various automated budget databases for tracking of office supplies as well as equipment operation and maintenance. Provides administrative support for all staff actions and correspondence. Researches and analyzes a variety of correspondence, reports, memorandums, fact sheets, and other data to assist management and staff members in executing the mission of the assigned organizations. Maintains organizational data report of employees; monitors vacancies; and prepares various reports, as required. Analyzes milestones met and makes recommendations on improving the process and meeting deadlines. Specialized Experience: One year of specialized experience which includes: 1) Prepare travel orders and voucher using an automated system; and 2) Maintain an automated calendar (i.e., Outlook) for staff.; and 3) Prepare a variety of correspondence for office such as awards, memorandums, etc. [insert examples of specialized experience].
