Solis Mammography is looking for an experienced Content Development Manager who will be instrumental in helping shape and manage the brand voice of a fast-growing women’s healthcare brand, its multi-modality imaging partner, Washington Radiology, as well as multiple sub-brands. Reporting to the Sr. Brand Director, you will own annual content calendars across all brands, working collaboratively to establish our storytelling strategy and publishing cadence for consumer, patient, and clinical audiences. And you will be responsible for researching, writing, and editing a significant portion of our content across all channels and touchpoints, including web, video, social, collateral and email.
The ideal candidate will have a powerful combination of strong writing, interviewing and storytelling skills, along with a voracious appetite for news, knowledge, healthcare trends and industry advancements. And you will have the experience and skill to write effectively for different personas and audiences, shifting tone and style as necessary.
Act as the brand journalist and storyteller, managing content creation for brand knowledge materials for consumers and referrers, market materials, new service line launches and new center launches.
Develop clinical content, including briefs, case studies, white papers, and videos. Develop consumer and patient-facing content, including articles, online content, blogs, educational and informational materials. Develop business communications materials, including press releases, announcements, and FAQs.
Support marketing campaigns with actionable content to drive awareness, consideration, and conversion.
Assist in the development and management of the Solis Mammography and Washington Radiology Thought Leadership platforms. Conduct physician and business leader interviews and develop content to meet strategic goals and channel needs.
Craft content and messages for both B2B and B2C audiences, with a clear understanding of goal-directed, audience-specific messaging.
A bachelor’s degree in journalism, communication, or a related field
7+ years of experience in an agency or corporate marketing department, producing a consistent cadence of content. Healthcare experience preferred
Excellent written and verbal communication skills and equally strong creative and analytical abilities
Tenacious and results driven with the ability to juggle multiple initiatives, deadlines, and opportunities
Knowledge of AP Style and MLA 8 citation style
Daily proficiency in the following: Microsoft Office applications, Smartsheet, Adobe PDF. Digitally agile, with the ability to learn new tools and processes.
