Duties and Responsibilities:
Plan, develop, implement, and administer a variety of broad or unique programmatic or administrative or technical functions in direct support of Tech Services Site Infrastructure, Business Services, & site Maintenance Facility Support missions. Provide immediate level guidance, work direction, oversight, and leadership to a functional work group(s), section or unit in an administrative or business support capacity.
Required Qualifications/ Skills / Experience:
Masters in engineering, science, business, management or other technical or business discipline and 6 years of experience in operations, engineering, business, project planning, and/or program planning at a strategic, long-range programmatic level; or, Bachelor's degree in engineering, science, business, management or other technical or business discipline and 10 years of experience in operations, engineering, business, project planning, and/or program planning at a strategic, long-range programmatic level; or, Associate's degree in management or other technical or business discipline and 14 years of relevant experience; or, High School diploma and 17 years of relevant experience.
A comprehensive level of knowledge and understanding of all aspects of the functional or program area assigned is required.
