*The Opportunity: *We are seeking to hire an AOD Community Rehabilitation Specialist (CRS) to join one of our case management team at our Site Based Supportive Housing location. This individual provides ongoing recovery focused community rehabilitation services to individuals with AOD issues and/or severe and persistent mental illnesses. The CRS is a service broker, coordinator, monitor, and planner of services, offering practical help, building community support, teaching recovery-based skills and providing active outreach, advocacy, and crisis assistance based on the strengths, needs, abilities, and preferences of the individual.
$4,000 Sign-On Bonus for all full-time candidates with an LSW, LPC, LISW or LPCC

What We're Looking For:
Minimum of a Bachelor's Degree in a human service field required.
Chemical Dependency license.
Prior experience in case management working with individuals with substance abuse required; experience with severe and persistent mental illness preferred.
A car and a valid Ohio driver's license and insurability through the Agency's insurance carrier required.
A deeply held belief in CSS's recovery-centered mission.
Knowledge of the Housing First philosophy.
Ability to develop positive relationships with individuals with mental illness, developmental disabilities, and substance abuse challenges.
Skill in assessing individuals for strengths, needs, abilities, and preferences.
Excellent organizational, attention to detail and communication skills.
Ability to work in a team environment.
Proficiency in Microsoft Outlook.
Skill in managing time and meeting deadlines.
Ability to negotiate assertively from an advocacy perspective.
