Aerotek Maintenance Technician-35/hr in Akron, Ohio

SEEKING MAINTENANCE TECHNICIANS ON 1ST SHIFT IN THE BARBERTON AREA! PAY STARTS AT $35/HR!

Description:

  • Repairs, maintains and troubleshoots machinery (CNC repairs)

  • Performing mechanical and electrical repairs

  • Motors, pneumatic systems, conveyor systems, hydraulic systems, water systems, production machines and equipment

  • Disassembles machines to remove defective parts using hoists, hand tools, power tools, and cranes

  • Replacing pumps, motors, chains, drives

  • PLC's and DC (no AC)

  • Read blueprints and schematics to specifications

  • Maintains personal safety equipment

  • Completes required PM’s and associated paperwork (CMMS System)

MUST HAVE:

  1. High School Diploma or GED

  2. Minimum 3-5 years of electrical (60%) and mechanical maintenance (40%)

  3. Electrical - 110v, 240v, 480v, 3 phase, AC, troubleshooting PLC's and hydraulic components - highly automated facility with mostly robotic and CNC machines

  4. Mechanical - Bearings, pneumatics

  5. Measuring Tools (tight tolerances on ball screws)

  6. Blueprints and schematic reading

PLUS:

  • Fanuc experience

  • Mazak experience

  • CNC repair/maintenance

Shift: 7a-3p and every other weekend
