The printer will be trained in multiple departments to inform and educate them on production processes. Potential pay increase during the first 90 days if criteria are met. Duties and responsibilities:Attain proficiency in the setup, functionality, and operation of multiple, competing priorities that centers around the on-time delivery of multiple orders. Other duties as assigned by Plant Manager.Qualifications:Judgement, problem solving, and decision-making skills. Flexibility to learn, to accept new challenges, and to perform multiple roles. Regularly required to balance, stand, walk, use hands to finger, handle, or feel; reach with hands and arms, climb or balance; stoop, kneel, crouch or crawl, talk or hear, lift a minimum of 50 lbs.The daily routine will require the candidate to be on their feet nearly 100% of the time and includes walking, standing, reaching, lifting, stooping or bending.
