Requirements:
50% of a bachelor’s degree.
Preferred: Free Zone Knowledge, Oracle
Microsoft Office
B2 English language fluency
Detail orientation, organizational skills, and high degree of accuracy.
Good communication skills, verbal and written.
Customer focus.
High volume orientation and ability to multi-task.
Experience working with collections management software or systems.
Summary of Duties and Responsibilities
Investigate Disputes: Review and analyze disputed collections accounts to identify discrepancies and resolve outstanding issues.
Communicate with Stakeholders: Liaise with customers, internal teams, and external partners to gather relevant information and documentation related to disputes.
Documentation Management: Maintain accurate records of dispute resolution activities, including correspondence, supporting documentation, and outcomes.
Analyze Data: Utilize financial statements, transaction histories, and other relevant data to identify patterns and trends in dispute cases.
Develop Solutions: Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and implement effective solutions for resolving disputes and preventing future occurrences.
Compliance Adherence: Ensure compliance with company policies, industry regulations, and legal requirements throughout the dispute resolution process.
Ensure accurate documentation of Dispute activity in High Radius.
Recommends write-offs of doubtful disputed accounts
Provide support during internal and external audits.
Partner effectively with all customers facing departments to ensure current and accurate dispute submission.
Complete other duties and projects as assigned.
