Child Support Workforce Trainer/Writer/Instructional Designer (R23-55)The Professional Development Program of the University at Albany’s Rockefeller College seeks a senior level professional to serve as trainer, writer, instructional designer, and content manager, on its Child Support Training and Outreach Project team of 7 full-time professionals. Work activities involve learning about all aspects of the NYS administered child support enforcement program including its automated systems in support of designing and delivering training and writing and managing content for the statewide child support workforce informational and training needs. Ideal candidates will have strong writing skills, strong computer skills including work with HTML and RoboHelp (or similar tools), experience developing workforce-related materials and curricula, and experience delivering training. Master’s degree preferred. Salary is expected to be $63,000-$66,117 (annual).
