Purpose: To support students who are approved for admissions and enrollment by verifying their course
benchmarks. Course benchmarks include: obtaining their Commercial Learners Permit (CLP),
Department of Transportation Physical, Pre-Hire letter, tuition payment and/or funding verification,
completion of required hours and job placement.
Requirements:
Minimum 1-year related experience including sales or customer service.
Education and Certifications: High School Diploma or equivalent, valid drivers license
Skills and Qualifications:
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Strong Customer service over the phone and in person
Excellent time management skills and ability to multi task
Proficient computer skills with Microsoft Office and Web Based CRM
Ability to project and maintain a positive and professional image through participation in staff
meetings, in-service education, and selected professional growth meetings, training,and activities
