In contract lifecycle management technology (CLM) at PwC, you will specialise in providing consulting services for implementing CLM technology solutions. You will have extensive experience in various CLM technologies.

The Opportunity

As part of the Data and Analytics team you lead the delivery of contract lifecycle management solutions and integrations. As a Director you set the strategic direction, lead business development efforts, and oversee multiple projects while maintaining impactful executive-level client relations. You are crucial in driving business growth, shaping client engagements, and mentoring the future leaders, securing PwC's reputation for quality, integrity, and inclusion.

  • Set the strategic vision for contract lifecycle management solutions

  • Lead business development initiatives to drive growth

  • Oversee various projects achieving elevated outcomes

  • Mentor and develop the next generation of leaders

  • Tailor client engagements to align with lifecycle management needs

  • Drive innovation and thought leadership in contract management

What You Must Have

  • Bachelor's Degree

  • 10 years of experience

What Sets You Apart

  • Leading solutions for Contracts Lifecycle Management implementations

  • Designing customizations on top of SaaS platforms like Icertis, Agiloft

  • Understanding CLM solution features and assisting clients with vendor selection

  • Developing solution architecture for integrations between CLM and related systems

  • Knowledge of machine learning and artificial intelligence workloads on Azure

  • Designing solutions for custom applications using the Microsoft .NET framework

  • Integrating SaaS solutions with systems like Salesforce, SAP

  • Working with Agile development methodologies and product tracking solutions

  • Accredited in Icertis CLM solution and Cloud Solutions, preferably Azure

The salary range for this position is: $148,000 - $317,000, plus individuals may be eligible for an annual discretionary bonus. For roles that are based in Maryland, this is the listed salary range for this position. Actual compensation within the range will be dependent upon the individual's skills, experience, qualifications and location, and applicable employment laws.
