In physical security management at PwC, you will focus on confirming the safety and protection of people, assets, and information through the implementation and management of physical security measures. You will utilise risk assessments, security system design, and emergency response planning in your work.

The Opportunity
As part of the Property Management team you design, plan, implement, and manage complex security programs and services. As a Senior Manager you lead large projects, innovate processes, and maintain operational excellence while interacting with clients at a senior level to drive project success. You are responsible for conducting risk assessments, establishing monitoring and recovery plans, and facilitating crisis management and business continuity drills.

What You Must Have
Bachelor's Degree
6 years of experience
What Sets You Apart
Security and/or Business Continuity certification preferred
Knowledge of designing, planning, implementing, and managing complex security programs
Understanding of the firm's organizational structure and operations
Leadership in designing and facilitating crisis management and business continuity drills
Experience conducting investigations and providing investigative support
Driving and implementing program objectives through persuasive influence
Keeping abreast of industry trends and developments
Implementing benchmark programs and solutions with leading organizations
Writing clear and concise documentation, communications, reports, and summaries

The salary range for this position is: $89,000 - $315,000, plus individuals may be eligible for an annual discretionary bonus. For roles that are based in Maryland, this is the listed salary range for this position. Actual compensation within the range will be dependent upon the individual's skills, experience, qualifications and location, and applicable employment laws.
