Location: CommerceHub is remote first, hiring across the US
You'll join a growing Talent Acquisition team that is laser-focused on driving smart, fast hiring across the organization. We are dedicated to building and refining the recruiting function within CommerceHub while simultaneously tackling the daily tasks associated with shepherding managers and candidates through the recruiting process to timely and improved hiring outcomes.
You understand the importance of supporting our rapid growth through engaging with talent and facilitating timely hiring decisions.
You're a self-starter with strong ownership skills, willing to go above and beyond the job description, thrives in a fast-moving startup environment.
Your customer service approach is equally balanced with the ability to support an efficient process and work with stakeholders to meet deadlines.
5+ years of overall work experience, with 2+ years in recruiting, human resources, scheduling, operations coordination, or project management
Able to manage multiple moving parts simultaneously
Highly organized and detail oriented
Shows tact and poise under pressure
Delivers exceptional candidate experience
Problem solving, project management, and time management skills
Excellent oral and written communication skills
Demonstrated ability to identify, test and implement process improvements and efficiencies independently
Proactive follow up
Proficient in MS Office, G Suite
Desired experience – not required
Talent systems administration, implementation, optimization or reporting
Greenhouse Recruiting and/or Onboarding
High volume interview scheduling for technical roles
Experience with application reviews and pipeline management
Interest in training for recruiting or sourcing role
