Encantado Technical Solutions is seeking an Office 365 Administrator to support the IT program at a major national laboratory.
Assist with improving the overall functioning of the client’s software by improving software architecture, supporting existing software, and engineering hardware components that optimize certain technologies, providing technical support to their clients, testing applications, maintaining hardware, and responding to customers’ requests.
Responsible for ticket processing for both Exchange, SharePoint, and O365 services
Work with customers, CCHD, and SME’s to support the 9769 services
Assist with patching on-prem services (growth opportunity)
Assist with on-prem and online projects as needed
Highschool diploma and 2+ years of related experience in related tasks and field
U.S. Citizenship is required.
An DOE L or Q Clearance is required to start. Upgrade to Q would be required, for a candidate with an L
- Active DOE or DOD security clearance
