Position: High Level Maintenance Technician
Pay: $37.00 - 40/HR
Job Description:
Looking for High level Maintenance Technicians - Wanting a well rounded mechanic who has strong mechanical, electrical (PLCs), Pneumatics, and hydraulics. Plumbing and building maintenance are also highly desired. Will relocate candidates that have the majority of the qualifications.
Demonstrate advanced skill performance in at least three of the primary maintenance functions and intermediate skill performance in the remaining six primary maintenance functions.
Primary maintenance functions are listed as follows: Electricity, Electronics/PLC, Plumbing, Mechanical, Machine Shop, Millwright, Welding, Boilers, Refrigeration, and Pneumatics/Hydraulics.
Utilities Maintenance IV will be required to know Mechanical, Electrical, PLC, Pneumatic, Hydraulic, and Plumbing primary functions.
Basic knowledge of Microsoft Office, Outlook, and Maximo computer software.
Experienced Needed
Mechanical: Greasing, Changing parts, Adjusting movements in machinery, Aligning linear bearings, Aligning motors, Drilling, Grinding, Cutting, Lathe usage basics, Mill usage basics, Welding regular, Welding sanitary, Modifying parts, Designing system
Electrical: Using voltmeter, Reading schematics, Troubleshooting relay logic panel, Troubleshooting PLC logic panel, Replacing components, Reversing motor rotation, Programing level sensors, Programing VFD, Programing chart recorder, Programing temperature controller, Programing flowmeter, Fine tuning PID loop, Replacing components in ASI network, Journeyman license state of Idaho
PLC- Reading ladder logic on paper, Going on line with PLC to trouble shoot, Doing minor change in PLC programs
Pneumatic: Reading schematics, Adjusting flows, Changing components, Repairing components, Upgrading components, Designing systems
Hydraulic: Reading schematics, Adjusting flows, Changing components, Repairing components, Upgrading components, Designing systems
Plumbing: Reading schematics, Replacing piping PVC, Replacing piping copper, Replacing piping galvanized, Replacing piping steel, Replacing piping stainless steel, Modifying piping, Designing new system
Building: Painting, Lighting, Concrete repair, Tile floor repair, Epoxy floor repair
This position is responsible for the general maintenance, repairs and improvements of packaging machinery in the Shred and Stick department.
