Heidelberg Materials is seeking a Human Resources Intern to join our team in Allentown, PA.

Responsibilities:
Provide service and assistance in all areas pertaining to human resources services
Assist with recruitment, selection and onboarding processes to meet staffing requirements at all levels
Perform various clerical and administrative tasks
Assist with current year HR strategies
Contribute to project work aligned to the field of Human Resources
Skills and Qualifications
Working toward a Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources or related field.
Computer proficiency
Excellent organizational and time management
Ability to maintain confidentiality when dealing with sensitive situations and/or information
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Effective interpersonal and communications skills.
Good observation, critical thinking and analysis skills.
