*PROPERTY ACCOUNTANT - Repeat Client! - The key responsibilities for this role include maintaining accounting records and ledgers for both commercial and residential properties. This incorporates tasks such as: preparing bank reconciliations, managing rents receivable, handling accounts payable, and managing intercompany accounts. Further, you will also work closely with property management staff and vendors.
