Aston Carter Customer Service Representative in Alpharetta, Georgia

Pay Rate: $18-$19/hr

Location: Alpharetta, Georgia 30005.

Schedule Availability: Mon-Fri 8am-8pm

Start Date: 09/01/2022

Customer Service Representative:

Job Description:

  • Assist customers with inquiries, account status, and problem resolution by utilizing existing resources and applications available

  • Process payments and payoffs

  • Perform miscellaneous task as assigned

  • Strengthen legal and operational compliance by strictly following all company policy and procedure

  • Adheres to appropriate compliance policies and procedures

  • Process correspondence in an accurate and timely manner

Collections Representative

Job Description:

  • Calls are repetitive - outbound/inbound calls for 5-29 days past due.

  • Early stage of collection calls and working with customers to understand what the best solution is. Intention is to get a payment, but does not need to be perfect.

  • Identify root cause of customer delinquency; generate effective solutions for client and customer by using negotiation skills and educating the customer.

  • Effectively contribute to increasing Customer Satisfaction scores (meet qualitative objectives)

  • Become a productive member of the department (meet quantitative objectives)

  • Maintain enthusiastic and positive attitude

Qualifications (Both Positions Listed):

  • 2-3 years experience in a Call Center environment

  • Looking for career-minded people who want to get their foot in the door of a great company

  • Collections experience is not required, but must be willing to learn
