We are seeking a talented Lead ServiceNow Developer to join our team. As a Lead ServiceNow Developer, your responsibilities will include developing, configuring and customizing the platform according to business requirements. We are seeking a Lead ServiceNow Developer who has extensive experience and an enthusiasm for delivering top-notch software solutions. The ideal candidate should possess both independent and collaborative working abilities.

Must be able to work onsite in Alpharetta, GA on Tuesday/Wednesday/Thursday of each week.

What you will do Leading the support and maintenance of a specific platform or application including creation of new environments, software upgrades, and tuning. Overseeing the creation and amendment of automation scripts and supporting documentation. Provide software deployment services for QA and production environments. Oversee the application performance monitoring and tuning. Manage protecting the uptime and performance of the application. Provide knowledge and expertise in the development and operational support and maintenance for a range of applications and tools. Oversee for the installation, set up and support of third party software running on internal managed environments. Oversee designing and setting up deployment procedures, setting up robust processes, monitoring production systems and managing configuration. Provide mentorship to junior team members. Provide management guidance to junior team members.

What experience you will need BS degree in Computer Science or related technical field involving coding (e.g., physics or mathematics), or equivalent job experience required. Advanced certification in key platform tools and/or 7-10 years of relevant experience.

What could set you apart Cloud Certification Strongly Preferred. 3-5 years of experience in ServiceNow development. Proficiency with ServiceNow development, such as scripting, workflows, API development, and integrations. Experience with software development methodologies such as Agile or Waterfall is desirable. Gain familiarity with IT Service Management (ITSM) applications. Proven problem-solving and analytical abilities. Excellent communication and collaboration skills. Capability to work both independently and collaboratively. Having the Certified System Administrator (CSA) for ServiceNow, is not required but is strongly encouraged.
