Product and Development Tech Analyst – Beeline VMS Specialist for MSP Program

Salary Range: $72,000 to $108,000
We are seeking a highly skilled Product and Development Tech Analyst to join our team. The ideal candidate will possess advanced technical expertise in Beeline Vendor Management System (VMS), particularly in managing Managed Service Provider (MSP) programs. A solid understanding of software development methodologies such as Agile, Scrum, or Kanban is essential. Additionally, the candidate should have proven experience leading technical teams to deliver high-quality software solutions.
This critical role involves overseeing the end-to-end development lifecycle and ensuring alignment with the company's strategic goals. The successful candidate will continuously enhance our VMS platform to optimize MSP programs.
Product & Project Management:
Guide the VMS-related solutions product roadmap to align with MSP programs and customer requirements.
Collaborate cross-functionally with sales, operations, and implementation teams to establish product strategy and ensure timely and budget-compliant delivery of features.
Prioritize features, enhancements, and bug fixes to balance short-term demands with long-term product objectives.
Set clear objectives and expectations, provide regular feedback, conduct performance assessments, and create development plans for the team.
Technical Expertise & Implementation:
Advanced comprehension of Beeline VMS is mandatory, along with practical experience in configuring, implementing, and overseeing the platform for MSP programs. Customization and integration with existing systems.
Thorough knowledge of software development life cycles and methodologies, particularly Agile, Scrum, and Kanban.
Experience working with APIs, system integrations, and troubleshooting within the Beeline ecosystem.
Proactively consult on the design of new processes and systems to meet professional standards and desired outcomes.
Troubleshoot and resolve complex technical issues related to Beeline, ensuring the platform satisfies client-specific requirements.
Identify emerging issues and/or needs, potential causes, related concerns, key stakeholders, and obstacles.
Continuously update and improve the MSP platform's usage by staying abreast of Beeline updates, releases, and industry best practices.
Agile Development and Methodologies:
Lead teams through Agile or Scrum processes, managing sprints, backlogs, and team ceremonies (e.g., daily stand-ups, sprint reviews, and retrospectives).
Collaborate closely with the Product Owner to align development efforts with business priorities.
Ensure proper documentation, testing, and quality control throughout the software development lifecycle.
Stakeholder Engagement:
Serve as a primary liaison between internal and external stakeholders, translating business requirements into technical solutions.
Present technical solutions and updates to senior management and clients, providing clear communication on project status and delivery timelines.
Engage with clients to gather feedback and verify that product features meet the intended business outcomes.
Leadership Experience:
- Expertise in creating and maintaining product roadmaps, collaborating closely with cross-functional teams to align technical endeavors with business goals.
Soft Skills:
Strong communication and presentation abilities, capable of serving as a liaison between technical and non-technical stakeholders.
Exceptional problem-solving skills and the ability to navigate intricate challenges in a fast-paced environment.
A proactive, solution-oriented mindset with a keen attention to detail.
Preferred Experience:
At least five years of experience in a product or development management role within the software industry.
At least three years of experience working with Beeline VMS and implementing it within managed service provider (MSP) environments.
Experience in global MSP programs and contingent workforce solutions is considered an advantage.
Certifications in Agile methodologies (e.g., Certified Scrum Master, Product Owner, or similar) are highly desirable.
Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree or equivalent. High school diploma or equivalent.

Pay offered to a successful candidate will be based on several factors including the candidate’s education, work experience, work location, specific job duties, certifications, etc. Based on eligibility, a successful candidate’s total compensation may include a variable pay plan including bonus. In setting compensation, Randstad complies with all local wage and hour laws and while the pay range listed above is an annual amount, non-exempt employees will be paid hourly and therefore receive the hourly equivalent.
