Responsibilities . Responsible for designing, developing and implementing programs geared at improving productivity, quality levels of performance and customer satisfaction. Provide data and needs requirements to support new and improved processes that can be integrated into routine operations within Major Accounts regional offices. Work with internal staff organizations in presenting and confirming new work procedures, organization recommendations and the prioritization of issues requiring their input and support. Work with outside vendors to gathering information to support new applications and/or system solutions for ADP's processing environment. Prepare the necessary proforma analysis to support the recommendation. Complete required studies and identifies opportunities to streamline and improve workflow processes, introduce improved management control and reporting and determine FTE requirements based on sales forecasts including staffing models. Prepare presentation materials to support project initiatives and solicits feedback from the field on relative importance, feasibility and buy-in. Utilize appropriate control to ensure the achievement of goals within cost and time constraints.
TO SUCCEED IN THIS ROLE:
Education and Qualifications/Skills and Competencies. Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, related Engineering disciplines, or related field of study plus five (5) years of related experience required. The company will also accept a Master's degree and two (2) years of related experience.
Work Experience. Two (2) years of experience must include: Developing, implementing, presenting and confirming new work procedures and organization recommendations; HCM functions, process and technologies focusing on architecture and integration to legacy based systems; Supporting engineering team and ensuring new technology solutions are aligned with customer needs to close identified gaps in processes; Writing SQL Queries and Linux commands for Business needs; Agile development environment, SDLC procedures / system development methodologies; Developing Automation Test Frameworks using Object-Oriented Programming such as Java, C# or Selenium; Analyzing process or function to identify defects and areas of improvement; Jira; HP ALM; Rally.
