Purpose of Role
The scope of this project is to contribute in the digital transformation of the planning processes by supporting on the mapping of cross-functional processes. The successful candidate is expected to create and validate documentation (process maps, RACIs and others) that will later be used to drive process improvements.
Your Impact
Conduct online and offline meetings to document cross functional tasks and processes (process maps, RACIs, others).
(Optional) Assist guiding teammates in the validation and testing phase of new planning solutions by participating in data analysis and process improvement initiatives.
(Optional) Aid in the configuration, setup, and day-to-day operational support of the new planning software, ensuring its effective use across teams.
Qualifications
Currently pursuing a degree in digital transformation, project management or a related business field.
A keen understanding of business processes including sales, inventory management, supply chain management.
Understanding of programming languages such as R, Python or SQL is a plus.
Knowledge of process maps and RACIs.
Strong analytical skills, proficiency in Excel, and the ability to interpret data and provide actionable insights.
Excellent presentation skills in PowerPoint and the ability to communicate effectively with internal and external stakeholders.
Demonstrated ability to work cross-functionally and build strong relationships
