Position

We are seeking an experienced IT Business Analyst to join our team and play a critical role in our Order to Cash (OTC) process. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of OTC business processes and will work closely with cross-functional teams to analyze, design, and implement IT solutions that support and enhance our OTC operations.

You are constantly engaged with business teams and leaders and listen carefully to business challenges to offer ideas and possible solutions that are relevant in today’s marketplace. You are involved in providing solutions/improvements from concept to delivery, while managing and prioritizing the product delivery backlog.  You possess good understanding of OTC domain knowledge/expertise and are capable of translating business requirements into concrete deliverable.

Responsibilities

  • Conceptualize projects and deliver for the OTC transformation program

  • Partner with Order Management, Logistics, and Finance teams to scope, co-design, and deploy process improvements in the Order to Cash area

  • Implement Customer Order Automation for customer landscape of Jack Link’s EMEA

  • E2E Owner of EDI implementation project where you will work with technical EDI team and customers

  • Implementing automation and technology to streamline operations, reduce errors, and improve overall efficiency in the Order to Cash process

  • Developing and implementing solutions to streamline and optimize order processing, invoicing, and cash collection

  • Deliver projects for Consumer complaints (as part of supply chain domain)

  • Serving as a link between specific business initiatives, projects or programs, and IT to identify, forecast, and deliver value

  • Qualifying demands based on business needs and gathering requirements for system implementations

  • Leverage analytics and reporting tools to monitor performance, identify areas for improvement, and make data-driven decisions

  • Develops the roadmaps for OTC processes by aligning with SCM and Finance teams

  • Working closely with cross-functional teams (Customer service, Logistics, Finance, External Customer technical teams), including Regional and Global IT to represent the IT perspective in the Order to Cash realm

  • Translate business needs to technology requirements

  • Manage projects to implement solutions closely connected to the OTC area like Trade promotion management tooling implementation

  • Design integration and interfacing concepts to ensure a seamless fit of digital solutions into our systems landscape

  • On-site support during systems implementations and coaching of local organizations

Qualifications

Required Education: 

  • BA/BS in Computer Science, Information Systems, Finance, or equivalent job experience

Required Experience:

  • 6+ years of recent experience as Business IT Analyst.

  • 6+ years of experience in Supply Chain/Finance/Logistics process improvement.

Preferred:

  • Experience on SAP ECC OTS/SD

  • Experience of Project Management skills in small/medium transformation programs.

  • Experience delivering projects in OTC transformation programs.

  • Masters in computer science or any relevant field.

Familiar with multiple Agile development methodologies, has been part of an agile team and is comfortable working in agile environment
