The Team

Spanning across 26 locales and available in 7 different languages, the Tommy Hilfiger and Calvin Klein European sites are visited by millions of visitors per month. The Platform Operations Team is responsible for operationally running the e-commerce sites as well the quality of code developed and released to ensure a best-in-class experience serving our 2 main brands. We strive to ensure that calvinklein.com and tommy.com don’t just look amazing - but perform like clockwork and anticipate our customer’s needs.

The Position

As a Platform Operations Specialist, you are responsible for processing and investigating reported incidents on the E-Commerce Platform for both Tommy Hilfiger and Calvin Klein. The role is a key part in ensuring that customers will have a flawless experience on our websites and that our business stakeholders have a stable environment so they can drive value. This position is in a highly dynamic team with stakeholders across the entire department as it is the hub between tech, product and business.

Key Responsibilities

• Support Incident Management Lead and the rest of Platform Operations Team in assessing the severity of the issues and prioritizing the tickets assigned to the issues;

• Responsible for L1 triage and processing of E-Commerce tickets/issues; Follow up to product and tech teams to align for permanent solutions;

• Support on triage and investigate live issues on E-commerce website in coordination with technical support team and product teams;

• Lead the coordination and communication of the team to other Ecommerce teams regarding the status of the issues, related Jira tickets and reports;

• Support with the Ad-Hoc tasks:

The Ideal Candidate

The Ecommerce Operations Specialist's role is pivotal in maintaining the highest standards of operational excellence and contributing to the overall success of our Ecommerce platform. By seamlessly integrating various tasks and fostering effective communication, this position significantly impacts the organization's ability to deliver experience to customers and stakeholders.

Qualifications:

• A team player who enjoys networking and helping others to solve problems;

• Experience with Ecommerce and Partner Program, or support role (min 1 year of full professional experience);

• Neat organizational skills;

• Analytical and detailed-oriented mindset who finds joy in investigation and solution-seeking processes;

• Expertise with Microsoft Office package (Excel, Powerpoint);

• Experience with JIRA, Confluence;

• Experience with analytical tools like Adobe or Google Analytics

• Fluent in English.
