CANDIDATE PROFILE
Bachelor degree in Tourism and Hotel Management, or related major,
Fluency in Turkish & English is required,
At least 3 years experiences in sales ,
Strong communication skills,
Opera knowledge is an asset.
POSITION SUMMARY
Proactively identifies, qualifies and solicits new business to achieve personal and hotel revenue goals.
Targets accounts, markets and segments with heavy emphasis on proactive solicitation and account saturation based on market deployment as assigned sales leadership.
Drives customer loyalty by delivering service excellence throughout each customer each customer experience.
Conducts site inspections.
Uses negotiation skills and creative selling abilities to close on business and negotiate contracts.
