Job Title: Administrative Assistant
*Location: * Washtenaw County, Michigan
Pay Range: $17.00-20.00 per hour - WEEKLY PAY!
*What's the Job? *
- Utilize complex calendaring and scheduling skills, operating multiple computer applications
- Correspond with clients, staff members, and stakeholders via phone and email
- Process invoices, coordinate travel, and process travel and expense reports
- Manage and order office supplies and complete bank deposits
- Record meeting minutes, plan meeting agendas, and arrange meeting materials
*What's Needed? *
- High School Diploma or equivalent required; associate or bachelor's degree preferred
- At least 3 years of administrative or related experience
- Proven proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, basic office knowledge, and typing
- Ability to take initiative, prioritize, manage multiple assignments with competing deadlines, and follow through on job responsibilities
- Ability to meet pre-employment screening and compliance, including client immunizations if required
