Oracle Oracle Health Federal IADP - Integration Architect in Annapolis, Maryland

Job Description

The Integration Architect Development Program (IADP) is a structured program that includes: classroom, web based, situational, and on the job consulting skills components. The program will be facilitated by Integration Architects (IA’s) and subject matter experts. Experienced Integration Architects will be used to mentor and support these associates during and after successful completion of the program.

As part of the IADP, associates will be hired as Integration Architects, while participating in the development program. Comprehension of concepts from the program will be assessed through: classroom/session participation and completion, demonstration of key learning points, caliber of work/participation while in the program, quality outcomes of project work, and mutually agreed upon individual readiness.

Responsibilities

As an Integration Architect, you are accountable for the implementation of application software at client sites that represent large, integrated projects or multiple Oracle Health solution projects. The Integration Architect will:

  • Manage complex client relationships with a high degree of variability, requiring influence to achieve the targeted outcomes

  • Develop strategies for design, testing, and integration across solutions and venues of care

  • Develop and oversee the execution of domain, issue, and change control strategies

  • Mitigate and resolve integration risks proactively, serving as the final point for escalations

  • Provide integration oversight for engagements and provide support to project team members so that project deliverables and timelines are met while ensuring value is delivered to the client as committed

  • Provide integration and domain expertise to internal and external client project teams

  • Consult cross-functionally with internal stakeholders to impact solution direct and functionality with relation to integration and stability

  • As a key member or the project management team, you will contribute to internal team value by participating in the Integration Architect community.

Basic Qualifications

  • At least 6 years of total combined work experience and completed higher education, including:

  • At least 1 year of healthcare information technology (HCIT) consulting, HCIT support, project/program management, client relationship management and/or other client-facing or HCIT solution work experience

  • At least 5 years of additional work experience directly related to the duties of the job and/or completed higher education

Preferred Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree

  • At least 1 year of experience working with Oracle Health Solutions or other Electronic Health Records (EHR) solution

Expectations

  • Willing to travel up to 80-100% as needed

  • Must live within 60 miles of a major international airport

  • Willing to work additional or irregular hours as needed and allowed by local regulations

  • Work in accordance with corporate and organizational security policies and procedures, understand personal role in safeguarding corporate and client assets, and take appropriate action to prevent and report any compromises of security within scope of position

  • Perform other responsibilities as assigned

  • Applicants for U.S.-based positions with Oracle Health must be legally authorized to work in the United States. Verification of employment eligibility will be required at the time of hire

  • Due to specific client contract requirements, this position requires that the successful candidate be a U.S. citizen. The client contract also requires receipt of the appropriate government security clearance card applicable for the position

Intermediate consulting position operating independently with some assistance and guidance to provide quality work products to a project team or customer that comply with Oracle methodologies and practices. Performs standard duties and tasks with some variation to implement Oracle products and technology to meet customer specifications.

Standard assignments are accomplished without assistance by exercising independent judgment, within defined policies and processes, to deliver functional and technical solutions on moderately complex customer engagements.

Range and benefit information provided in this posting are specific to the stated locations only

US: Hiring Range in USD from $25.48 to $60.63 per hour; from: $53,000 to $126,100 per annum. May be eligible for bonus and equity.

Candidates are typically placed into the range based on the preceding factors as well as internal peer equity.
